研究目的：

简化儿童免疫性血小板减少症（Immune thrombocytopenia, ITP）的一线治疗方案，在保证缓解率的前提下减少治疗相关副反应，提高患儿的生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

Through simplify the first-line treatment of Immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) in children, treatment related adverse reactions will be reduced and the quality of life of the patients will be improved in the premise of ensuring the remission rate.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1) 继发性ITP；
(2) 应用其他治疗ITP的药物，除外针对严重出血的紧急治疗，如丙种球蛋白和血小板输注；
(3) 具有任何显著异常的并存疾病或精神疾病，影响病人的生命安全及依从性，影响知情同意、研究参与、随访或结果解释。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Secondary ITP;
(2) Use of other drugs for the treatment of ITP, except for emergency treatment for severe bleeding;
(3) The patients with any significant abnormality of the coexisting disease or mental illness affacting the life safety and compliance.
