Prospective validation of the new prognostic scoring system for survival and functional outcome in patients with metastatic spinal cord compression after decompressive surgery.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

① 患者不能耐受手术； ② 髓内、硬膜内转移； ③ 患者不配合随访。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Health too poor to undergo surgery;
2. Intradural extramedullary disease;
3. Patients not willing to be followed up.
