1.正在参与其他临床研究项目，参加定义为已签署 ICF； 2.妊娠女性； 3. 1 型糖尿病、特殊类型糖尿病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Participating in other clinical research projects, participation is defined as having signed the ICF; 2. Pregnant patients; 3. Type 1 diabetes mellitus and specific types of diabetes due to other causes .

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

采用病例记录表进行数据采集。数据的管理包括：1.病例报告表的填写：病例报告表一式两份（无碳复写），由研究者或授权人员根据受试者的原始资料及时、完整、准确地填写并签字。监查员根据研究方案对研究的过程进行监查， 确认所有的病例报告表填写完整、准确，如有错误或遗漏，要求研究者及时修正， 修正时应保持所有的原始记录清晰可见，并由研究者或授权人员签字并标明修正日期。2.数据的录入与修改:数据的录入与管理由统计单位的数据管理人员负责。建立专用的数据库进行数据的录入与管理。采用独立的双份录入的方式进行录入，录入完成后进行校对。数据管理人员对于录入的数据进行核查，对存在疑问的数据生成数据疑问表，向研究者发出询问，研究者应尽快回答，根据研究者的回答对数据进行修改和确认，并记录修改过程。3.数据的审核:数据录入和核查后，由数据管理人员、主要研究者、统计分析人员共同对数据进行审核，完成分析人群的最终定义和判断。4.数据的锁定:当全部数据均已录入到数据库中、全部疑问均已得到解答、完成了分析人群的最终定义和判断，数据管理人员对数据库进行锁定，锁定的数据库交由统计分析人员进行分析。5.数据分析方案的制定:项目招募一旦开启，本研究的统计师将开始草拟数据分析方案初稿。方案在数据锁定之前进行一系列修改和记录数据处理分析规则。其中包含所有采集数据的描述和分析方法，丢失数据处理方式，模拟分析结果的图表和列表。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Use CRF for data collection. Data management includes:1.FILLING OF CASE REPORT FORM: The investigator or authorized personnel fill in and sign the case report form in duplicate (carbon-free duplication) in a timely, complete, and accurate manner based on the subject’s original data. The supervisor conducts monitoring on the study process based on the study protocol, confirms that all the case report forms are filled in completely and accurately, and requires the investigator to correct in time in case of errors or omissions. All original records should be kept clearly visible when making corrections, signed by the investigator or authorized personnel with the date of correction.2.DATA ENTRY AND MODIFICATION: Data management personnel of the statistic unit shall be responsible for data entry and management. A dedicated database shall be established for data entry and management. An independent double-entry method is used and proofreading is required after entry. The data management personnel checks the entered data, generates a data question form for questionable data, and sends out inquiries to the investigator, to which the investigator shall give a reply as soon as possible. The data manager then modifies and confirms the data based on the investigator’s answer, and records the modification process.3.DATA REVIEW: After data entry and check, data management personnel, principal investigator, and statistical analysts jointly review the data to complete the final definition and judgment of the analyzed population.4.DATA LOCKING: When all data has been entered into the database, all questions have been answered, and the final definition and judgment of the analyzed population have been completed, the data management personnel lock the database, and hand it over to the statistical analyst for analysis. 5. FORMULATION OF DATA ANALYSIS PROTOCOL: Once the project recruitment is started, the statistician for the study will begin to draft the first draft of the data analysis protocol. The protocol conducts a series of modifications and documentation of data processing analysis rules before the data is locked. It contains descriptions and analysis methods of all collected data, lost data processing methods, charts and lists of simulated analysis results.
