评估电针治疗前列腺癌根治术后尿失禁的有效性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of electroacupuncture in the treatment of urinary incontinence after radical prostatectomy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.术后行膀胱造瘘或尿道括约肌重建者；
2.留置导尿及泌尿系统感染者；
3.由神经或内分泌因素导致尿失禁者，如神经源性膀胱等；
4.合并严重原发疾病，如肝脏、肾脏、心脑血管、血液系统疾病等；
5.有认知障碍，无法理解盆底肌功能锻炼者；
6.安装心脏起搏器，金属过敏或严重畏惧电针者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who underwent cystostomy or urethral sphincter reconstruction after surgery;
2. Indwelling catheterization and urinary tract infections;
3. Urinary incontinence caused by neurological or endocrine factors, such as neurogenic bladder;
4. Combined with serious primary diseases, such as liver, kidney, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, blood system diseases, etc.;
5. Those with cognitive impairment who cannot understand pelvic floor muscle function exercise;
6. Install a pacemaker, metal allergy or severe fear of electroacupuncture.

采用SPSS软件用计算机产生随机数字，随机编码表按病例入选的顺序排列，将76例RPUI患者按1:1分为电针组和对照组。
