研究目的：

1.探究肺癌抗肿瘤药物治疗（靶向治疗、免疫治疗等）的生物标志物，规范精准选择抗肿瘤药物。 2.拟对肺癌患者组织样本及外周血样本进行单细胞转录组测序、TCR免疫组库测序及甲基化测序，以分析肿瘤的免疫微环境及其演进机制。

Objectives of Study：

1. Explore the biomarkers of lung cancer anti-tumor drug treatment (targeted therapy, immunotherapy, etc.), and standardize and accurately select anti-tumor drugs. 2. It is planned to perform single-cell transcriptome sequencing, TCR immune repertoire sequencing and methylation sequencing on tissue samples and peripheral blood samples of lung cancer patients to analyze the immune microenvironment of the tumor and its evolution mechanism.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患者在首次给药之前 8 周接受其他已批准的全身性免疫调节剂（包括但不限于干扰素、白介素 2 和肿瘤坏死因子）。
2.需要全身治疗的活动性自身免疫性疾病，研究者评估认为对研究治疗有影响的患者。
3.长期大量使用激素或使用其它免疫抑制剂，研究者评估认为对研究治疗有影响的患者。
4.需要给予全身抗细菌、抗真菌或抗病毒治疗的重度慢性或活动性感染，包括肺结核感染等:
（1）首次给药前或外周血采集时间点 4 周内发生严重感染需要住院治疗，包括但不限于因感染并发症、菌血症或严重肺炎；
（2）首次给药前 2 周内接受口服或静脉注射抗生素治疗。
5.已知有人类免疫缺陷病毒（HIV）感染。
6.同时参加另一项治疗性临床研究。
7.存在影响研究的高风险的基础医学状况或酒精/药物滥用或依赖。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients receiving other approved systemic immunomodulators (including but not limited to interferon, interleukin 2, and tumor necrosis factor) 8 weeks prior to the first dose.
2. Active autoimmune disease that requires systemic treatment, and the investigator evaluates patients who are considered to have an impact on the study treatment.
3. Patients with long-term heavy use of hormones or other immunosuppressive agents, and the investigators assess that they have an impact on the study treatment.
4. Severe chronic or active infections requiring systemic antibacterial, antifungal or antiviral treatment, including tuberculosis infection, etc.:
(1) Serious infection requiring hospitalization before the first administration or within 4 weeks of the peripheral blood collection time point, including but not limited to complications of infection, bacteremia or severe pneumonia;
(2) Received oral or intravenous antibiotic therapy within 2 weeks before the first dose.
5. Known human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection.
6. Participate in another therapeutic clinical study at the same time.
7. Presence of a high-risk underlying medical condition or alcohol/drug abuse or dependence that affects the study.
