研究目的：

进一步证实先心矫治同期，经胸射频肺动脉去神经术治疗成人先心肺动脉高压患者的疗效及安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To further confirm the efficacy and safety of transthoracic radiofrequency pulmonary artery denervation in the treatment of adult patients with advanced cardiopulmonary arterial hypertension.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有心脏手术禁忌患者，如存在严重心力衰竭、严重的全身感染或发热、严重的肾功能不全、严重的贫血或存在活动性出血、不能耐受抗凝治疗者、精神病等不能配合手术者和PAWP>15mmHg；
2.曾参加其他任何肺动脉高压临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with contraindication to cardiac surgery, such as severe heart failure, severe systemic infection or fever, severe renal insufficiency, severe anemia or active bleeding, intolerant of anticoagulant therapy, psychiatric patients who cannot cooperate with surgery and PAWP>15mmHg;
2. Have participated in any other clinical trial for pulmonary hypertension.
