Main purpose: To verify the application efficacy of mpMRI prostate AI-assisted diagnosis software in real clinical scenarios.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

穿刺活检阴性病例随访时间不足1年或随访过程中有前列腺临床显著癌的可能性（如前列腺特异性抗原、直肠指诊、MR表现的进展）。

Exclusion criteria：

Negative needle biopsy cases with a follow-up time of less than 1 year or the possibility of clinically significant prostate cancer (eg, prostate-specific antigen, digital rectal examination, progression of MR findings) during follow-up.

Target condition (The target condition is a particular disease or disease stage that the index test will be intended to identify. Please specify the characteristics in detail; the population should has a complete spectrum and good representative):

Patients with a clinical suspicion of prostate cancer due to elevated serum prostate-specific antigen (PSA) level, abnormal digital rectal examination (DRE) and/or abnormal transrectal ultrasound (TRUS) results, who underwent mpMRI before biopsy.
