研究目的：

探讨急诊下肢创伤患者在急诊室内使用低浓度盐酸罗哌卡因在超声引导神经阻滞麻醉的成效及安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effectiveness and safety of using low-concentration ropivacaine hydrochloride in the emergency room for ultrasound-guided nerve block anesthesia in patients with emergency lower limbs trauma.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 凝血功能障碍；
2. 穿刺部位感染者；
3. 术前存在急慢性疼痛；
4. 神经肌接头病变患者；
5. 糖尿病；
6. 认知功能障碍，存在药物成瘾史；
7. 中重度肝肾功能不全；
8. BMI>32。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Coagulation dysfunction;
2. Infection at puncture site;
3. Acute and chronic pain before operation;
4. Neuromuscular junction disease patients;
5. Diabetes mellitus;
6. Cognitive dysfunction, drug addiction history;
7. Moderate to severe liver and kidney dysfunction;
8. BMI > 32.
