本研究在使用倾向性评分匹配控制混杂因素的前提下，比较两种类型的α-受体阻滞剂的对患者术中血流动力学的影响,为PPGLs患者的术前用药和管理提供部分参考。  

Objectives of Study：

This study compares the intraoperative hemodynamic effects of two types of alpha-adrenegic blockers on patients using propensity score matching to control for confounding factors, providing a partial reference for the preoperative dosing and management of patients with PPGLs.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 未使用任何或同时使用两种α-受体阻断剂行术前准备：
2. 双侧PPGLs；
3. 行复杂手术或多次手术；
4. 资料不全。

Exclusion criteria：

1. No preoperative preparation with any or both alpha-blockers;
2. Bilateral PPGLs;
3. Performing complex surgery or multiple procedures;
4. Incomplete information.
