Objectives of Study：

The relationships between rSO2 and POCD and the risk factors analysis in gerontal patient with CPB-

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1) 有精神史、神经系统疾病史、有脑血管疾病史（2）有严重的高血压、贫血、糖尿病病史 ；(3) 有严重肺、肝 、肾功能障碍；(4) 有酗酒史 ；(5) 有精神药物成瘾史、服用过抗胆碱能药、安眠药 ;（6）术前存在认知功能损伤、有焦虑抑郁等情绪障碍以及老年痴呆。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Having a history of mental,neurological ,or cerebrovascular illness;
2. Having a history of severe hypertension, severe anemia, diabetes mellitus disease;
3. suffering severe lung ,liver and kidney dysfunction;
4. Having a history of alcohol abuse;
5. Having a history of anticholinergic drug, hypnotic, or psychotic drug addiction;
6. A cognitive impairment before operation, with emotional disorders like anxiety and depression and a symptoms of dementia.
