数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC: |
志愿者同意数据授权使用后,通过手机智能APP及智能手环,结合社区电子化健康档案,汇总常规基线数据和风险因素情况,通过APP加密处理后,传送到本项目的专用云端数据库。采集工作完毕后,需先将数据进行脱敏处理,剥离身份信息和数据信息。脱敏后的健康类数据将上传只用于数据分析的本单位内网计算服务器。脱敏后的数据将进入专业IT框架,实现对汇集数据实现清洗、归档、搜索、管理及可视化展示。在个人数据隐私保护方面,采取模块化分离设计,各模块间的通信采用加密方式分割管理,从而避免某一环节某一工作人员获取全部完整资料。具体个人身份信息与健康数据将保存在不同的计算机中,由不同的IT人员进行管理,身份信息与真实数据的对应关系采用加密的形式存储。分析挖掘数据与剩余样品的科研人员只能获得脱敏后的数据,不能与身份信息对应。从而实现安全目的。该数据仅针对本方案提及的科研进行服务。若后续有其他研究需要使用该样本或数据,只有经过立项和伦理审批后,才能使用该部分己脱敏的样本或数据。 |

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture: |
After the volunteers agreed to authorize the use of data, through the mobile phone smart APP and smart bracelet, combined with the community electronic health file, summary of the general baseline data and risk factors, through the APP encryption processing, are transmitted to the project's dedicated cloud database. After the collection work is completed, the data should through desensitization processing, stripping identity information and data information. The desensitized health class data will be uploaded to the intranet computing server of the unit used only for data analysis. Desensitized data will enter the professional IT framework for cleaning, archiving, searching, managing, and visualizing the aggregated data. In the protection of personal data privacy, the modular separation design, the communication between the modules using encryption to split management, so as to avoid a link of a staff member to obtain all complete information. Detailed personally identifiable information and health data will be stored on different computers, managed by different IT personnel, and the correspondence between identity information and real data will be stored in encrypted form. The researchers who analyze the mining data and the remaining samples can only obtain the desensitization data, which cannot correspond to the identity information. This is achieved for security purposes. This data is intended for use only in scientific research referred to in this program. If other subsequent studies require the use of this sample or data, this portion of the sample or data that has been desensitization may be used after approval by the project and ethics. |
