研究目的：

主要目的：简短正念疗法及音乐疗法对换药烧伤患者的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: The Impact of Brief Mindfulness Medication and Music on Burns Undergoing Dressing Change.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

音乐组(MG)，患者每天换药时收听音乐； 简短正念疗法组(MMG)，患者每天接受简短正念治疗1次； 对照组(CG)，患者仅接受常规换药治疗；共1周。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Music group (MG), patients listen to music during daily dressing changes; In the brief mindfulness therapy group (MMG), patients received brief mindfulness therapy once a day; In the control group (CG), patients received only conventional dressing changes; a total of 1 week. 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 精神障碍；
2. 听力障碍；
3. 呼吸系统损伤；
4. 对曲马多过敏。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Mental disorder;
2. Hearing impairment;
3. Respiratory system damage;
4. Allergy to tramadol.
