To reveal a potential target for the treatment of allergic asthma by Studying the Mechanism of ILC2 and Th2 in allergic asthma.

排除标准：

排除孕产妇，排除合并感染、肺癌、肺纤维化

Exclusion criteria：

Pregnant and lying-in women are excluded, and participants diagnosted with infection, lung cancer and pulmonary fibrosis are also excluded.

由参与疾病诊断与治疗的大夫将患者按照就诊顺序进行编号，一段时间之后，由完全不了解实验设计的研究人员参考按照随机数表，进行随机抽样，进而获得试验样本。

All patients will be numbered in order by the doctors who participate the diagnosis and treatment. After a period of time , all patients will be separted into different groups according to the table of random numbers so as to finish random sampling by the unknown reseachers.then,test sample obtained.
