研究目的：

在已知UC与肠道微生物失衡的前提下，本研究旨在寻找具体的方式干预肠道稳态，延缓及逆转UC进程，明确乳酸杆菌对肠道菌群的调控及对UC的治疗作用及潜在机制研究，为UC发病机制提供一定理论依据，同时为UC治疗提供一定的手段及新思路。  

Objectives of Study：

Imbalance in UC and gut microbes known under the premise of this study was to find specific ways intervention intestinal steady state, delay and reverse the process of UC, specifically lactobacillus regulation of intestinal flora and the therapeutic effect and potential mechanism study of UC, provide certain theoretical basis for the pathogenesis of UC, at the same time provide a means for UC treatment and new ideas.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 怀孕、哺乳或未采取有效避孕措施的育龄妇女；
2. 梅毒、HIV、HBV、HCV抗体阳性者；
3. 患有各种恶性肿瘤；
4. 细菌性痢疾、慢性血吸虫病、阿米巴痢疾、肠结核等感染性结肠炎、缺血性结肠炎、放射性结肠炎、克罗恩病等；
5. 有酒精或违禁药物滥用史；
6. 依从性差，难以完成研究者；
7. 1月内使用抗生素者；
8. 研究者认为可能存在增加受试者危险性或干扰临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Women of childbearing age who are pregnant, breast-feeding or have not taken effective contraceptive measures;
2. Those who are positive for syphilis, HIV, HBV, and HCV antibodies;
3. Suffering from various malignant tumors;
4. Bacterial dysentery, chronic schistosomiasis, amoebic dysentery, intestinal tuberculosis and other infectious colitis, ischemic colitis, radiation colitis, Crohn's disease, etc.;
5. Has a history of alcohol or illicit drug abuse;
6. Those who have poor compliance and are difficult to complete the research;
7. Those who used antibiotics within 1 month;
8. Researchers believe that there may be those who may increase the risk of subjects or interfere with clinical trials.
