Objectives of Study：

To understand the current situation of fraliness and loneliness of the elderly in nursing homes, construct exercise intervention programs and verify the effect of exercise intervention.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 患有严重的心、肺、脑、肾等严重疾病；
2. 终末期患者；
3. 既往存在精神疾病史或服用抗精神病药物病史者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Suffering from serious heart, lung, brain, kidney and other serious diseases;
2. End-stage patients;
3. Previous history of mental illness or taking antipsychotics.
