通过临床研究证实艾司氯胺酮在门诊口腔舌系带手术中的疗效和安全性，探讨艾司氯胺酮的最佳剂量。  

Objectives of Study：

To confirme the efficacy and safety of esketamine in outpatient frenulectomy surgery, and explore the optimal dose of esketamine.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并严重口腔颌面部疾病；严重心、肝、肾功能不全；
2.明确的精神和神经系统疾病者；生长、智力发育落后；存在艾司氯胺酮禁忌症者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Complicated with severe oral and maxillofacial diseases; severe heart, liver and renal insufficiency;
2. Those with clear mental and nervous system diseases; those with retarded growth and intellectual development; those with contraindications to esketamine.
