研究目的:

本研究通过干预脑小血管病患者的迷走神经功能,探索迷走神经刺激改善脑小血管病患者自主神经功能和血管调节功能的作用,以及改善患者以认知功能减退为主的相关临床症状的作用,为脑小血管病的早期预防、治疗和管理提供新的思路和方法。  

Objectives of Study:

This study explored the role of vagus nerve stimulation in improving autonomic function and vascular regulation in patients with cerebral small vessel disease, as well as the role of improving patients' clinical symptoms related to cognitive impairment mainly, by intervening in the vagus nerve function of patients with cerebral small vessel disease, providing new ideas and methods for the early prevention, treatment and management of cerebral small vessel disease.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1. 急性期脑梗死或脑出血;
2. 急性期蛛网膜下腔出血,或者既往有脑血管畸形或动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血病史,或发现有未处理动脉瘤(直径>3mm);
3. 已确诊的神经系统退行性疾病;
4. 非血管源性的白质病变,如多发性硬化、代谢性脑病等;
5. 频发心律失常或正在服用影响自主神经功能的药物;
6. 已确诊的精神性疾病;
7. 未接受教育;
8. MRI检查禁忌,如幽闭恐惧症等;
9. 患有严重的器质性疾病如恶性肿瘤等,预期生存时间<2 年;
10. 因地域或其他原因无法配合完成随访;
11. 患者同时参与了其他临床试验;

Exclusion criteria:

1. Acute cerebral infarction or acute cerebral hemorrhage;
2. Acute subarachnoid hemorrhage or previous history of cerebrovascular malformation, aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage or untreated aneurysms (> 3mm in diameter);
3. Diagnosed neurodegenerative diseases;
4. Presence of non-vascular white matter lesions, e.g.multiple sclerosis and metabolic encephalopathy;
5. Frequent arrhythmia or taking drugs affecting autonomic nerve function;
6. Diagnosis of mental disorder;
7. Uneducated;
8. Contraindications of Magnetic Resonance Imaging examination (e.g. claustrophobia.);
9. Severe organic disease, such as malignant tumor, with a life expectancy less than 2 years;
10. Unable to follow up due to geographical or other reasons;
11. Participate in other clinical trials at the same time.
