研究目的：

主要目的： 1.验证孕期补充维生素D3是否能够保护妊娠期糖尿病孕妇及其子代糖脂代谢受损； 2.探究孕期补充维生素D是否改善GDM孕妇的子代不良发育结局。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: 1. Verify whether vitamin D3 supplementation during pregnancy can protect pregnant women with gestational diabetes and their offspring from impaired glucose and lipid metabolism; 2. To explore whether vitamin D supplementation during pregnancy improves the adverse developmental outcomes of offspring of pregnant women with GDM.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.采用辅助生殖技术；
2.患有严重器质性疾病或精神性疾病；
3.妊娠期严重并发症；
4.长期服用药物影响肝肾功能者；
5.极不配合完成问卷填写者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Adopt assisted reproductive technology;
2. Suffering from severe organic disease or mental disease;
3. Serious complications during pregnancy;
4. Long-term use of drugs that affect liver and kidney function;
5. Those who do not cooperate with completing the questionnaire.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

由研究设计着应用SPSS软件随机产生随机数字表的方式将受试对象入组顺序号随机分为干预组和对照组，根据纳入排除标准，当孕妇入组顺序号为随机干预组的孕妇作为干预组（每天服用2400IU维生素D3即3粒）；将纳入时维生素D不足（25-OHD<75nmol/L）且入组顺序号为随机对照组的孕妇作为对照组（推荐其每日服用600IU维生素D3）。

Women were randomized using a SPSS software-generated list of random numbers by researchers, that automates the random assignment of intervention groups to study identification numbers. Pregnant women whose the study identification number was intervention group were selected as the intervention group.
