研究目的：

1.观察新型水凝胶泡沫敷料治疗II度烧烫伤创面的安全性和有效性。 2.对比德湿泰新型水凝胶泡沫敷料与传统II度烧伤外用敷料或药物治疗的优势。

Objectives of Study：

1.To observe the safety and effectiveness of a new hydrogel foam dressing in the treatment of second-degree burn and scald wound. 2. To compare the advantages of the new hydrogel foam dressings with traditional second-degree burn dressings or drug treatments.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.对研究药物或其成分有禁忌或过敏者；
2.有明确的严重心、脑、肝、肾等器官功能障碍者；
3.创面严重污染或感染患者；
4.免疫功能障碍， HIV感染患者，或1个月内有过放射、激素（全身用药）、化疗、生长因子以及免疫抑制药治疗的患者；
5.化学、电、射线等特殊原因烧伤；
6.合并吸入性损伤、创伤等多发伤、复合伤的危重患者；
7.血糖控制不稳定者，如空腹血糖≥8.0mmol/L或餐后血糖≥12.0mmol/L；
8.有精神疾患以及无自知力、不能确切表达者；
9.孕产妇或其他研究者评估不适合参与研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who have contraindications or allergies to the study drugs or their ingredients;
2. Patients with clear and severe organ dysfunction, such as heart, brain, liver and kidney;
3. Severe wound contamination or infection of patients;
4. Immune dysfunction, HIV infected patients, or patients who have received radiation, hormone (systemic drug), chemotherapy, growth factors, or immunosuppressive drugs within 1 month;
5. Burns due to chemical, electrical, radiation and other special reasons;
6. Critically ill patients with inhalation injury, trauma and other multiple injuries;
7. Unstable blood glucose control, such as fasting blood glucose >=8.0mmol/L or postprandial blood glucose >=12.0mmol/L;
8. Those who suffer from mental disorders and have no self-awareness and cannot express themselves accurately;
9. Maternal or other investigator assessments are not appropriate for participating investigators.
