探讨硫酸黏菌素作为器官保存液去污方案降低耐药菌导致的供者来源感染的有效性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study:

To investigate the efficacy and safety of colistin sulfate added in organ preservation solution for decontamination to reduce donor derived infections caused by multi-drug resistant bacteria.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1. 肾移植受者有二次、多次肾移植史,有其他器官、组织移植史;
2. 肾移植受者既往有硫酸黏菌素E高敏的病史;
3. 肾移植受者移植前伴有任何位置的细菌感染;
4. 因各种原因导致手术取消;
5. 肾移植受者术前伴有免疫功能缺陷,如粒细胞缺乏(粒细胞绝对计数<10^3 neutrophils/mm^3)。

Exclusion criteria:

1. The recipient of kidney transplantation has a history of second or multiple kidney transplantation, and a history of transplantation of other organs and tissues;
2. Renal transplant recipients had a history of colistin sulfate E hypersensitivity;
3. Renal transplant recipients with bacterial infection at any location before transplantation;
4. The operation was cancelled due to various reasons;
5. Renal transplant recipients had preoperative immune deficiencies, such as granulocytosis (absolute granulocyte count <10^3 neutrophils/mm^3).
