研究目的:

1.应用fMRI技术,了解步行中常见姿势变化的神经运动及认知控制网络的共享区域。了解卒中后合并执行功能障碍患者参与步态姿势控制控制特征,以及大脑结构和/或功能之间的联系。 2.应用经颅磁刺激技术对前额叶背外侧进行刺激,观察执行-步态姿势控制网络的改善。  

Objectives of Study:

1. Apply fMRI technology to understand the shared areas of neuromotor and cognitive control networks for common postural changes during walking. And to understand the characteristics involved in gait postural control and the link between brain structure and/or function in post-stroke patients with executive dysfunction. 2. Apply transcranial magnetic stimulation technology to stimulate the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex to observe the improvement of executive-gait postural control network.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.脑血管病情进展中或生命体征不稳定的;
2.既往或现在有脑出血、脑外伤及其它神经或精神系统疾病,严重心、肺、肝、肾功能障碍;
3.合并有感觉性失语、感觉和认知异常、卒中前或后出现焦虑抑郁、不能配合检查和治疗者;
4.既往有癫痫、癫痫家族史;
5.病情恶化,出现新的梗死灶或大面积脑梗死;
6.心脏安装起搏器、支架、搭桥术后;
7.恶性肿瘤患者;
8.对噪音、低温环境反应强烈及空间幽闭恐惧症患者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. The cerebrovascular disease is progressing or the vital signs are unstable;
2. Past or current cerebral hemorrhage, brain trauma and other neurological or mental system diseases, severe heart, lung, liver and kidney dysfunction;
3. Combined with sensory aphasia, sensory and cognitive abnormalities, anxiety and depression before or after stroke, and unable to cooperate with examination and treatment;
4. Past epilepsy, family history of epilepsy;
5. The condition deteriorates, and new infarcts or large-scale cerebral infarction appear;
6. After the heart is installed with pacemaker, stent, and bypass;
7. Patients with malignant tumor;
8. Patients with strong response to noise, low temperature environment and space claustrophobia.
