研究目的：

本研究拟通过评价伦敦救治系统及深圳救治系统下的缺血性卒中患者的急性期救治指标，包括目前公认的静脉溶栓率、Door to Needle Time(DNT)、Onset to Needle Time (ONT)等，从而比较两种卒中急救体系的在急性缺血性脑卒中患者救治中的差异，以此完善卒中急救体系，以利于其推广应用。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to compare the two strokes by evaluating the acute phase treatment indicators of ischemic stroke patients under the London treatment system and the Shenzhen treatment system, including the currently recognized intravenous thrombolysis rate, Door to Needle Time (DNT), Onset to Needle Time (ONT), etc. The first aid system differs in the treatment of patients with acute ischemic stroke, so as to improve the stroke emergency system and facilitate its popularization and application.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 无症状及体征的静止性脑梗死；
2. 非脑血管病事件；
3. 拒绝参与登记调查者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Silent cerebral infarction without symptoms and signs;
2. Non-cerebrovascular events;
3. Those who refuse to participate in the registration survey.
