Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of the Hypnosis-based Stress Reduction Intervention in nurses with increased levels of perceived stress.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.在本研究期间参加其他减压项目；
2.在本研究期间接受心理治疗；
3.既往患有精神病史；
4.拒绝加入本研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Participating in other stress reduction programs during the study;
2. Receiving psychological treatment during the study;
3. Previous history of mental illness;
4. Refused to join our study.
