研究目的：

本研究的目的在于对比观察腹腔镜和开腹全胃切除+D2根治术治疗进展期胃癌的5年生存率和复发率的差异.  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to compare 5-year overall survival rate and recurrence rate between open and laparoscopic D2 radical gastrectomy for the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）妊娠或哺乳期妇女；
（2）无民事行为能力或患有严重精神疾病的患者；
（3）近5年内患有其他系统恶性肿瘤的患者；
（4）胃癌合并有出血、穿孔、梗阻等需要急诊手术的患者；
（5）存在有心、肺、肾或其他重要脏器功能不全而不能耐受手术的患者；
（6）不能提供知情同意书或依从性差的患者；
（7）正在参加其他临床试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Pregnant or lactating women;
(2) Patients without civil capacity or with severe mental illness;
(3) Patients with other malignancies in the past 5 years;
(4) Patients with gastric carcinoma complicated with hemorrhage, perforation or obstruction;
(5) Patients with heart, lung, kidney or other important organ dysfunction and cannot tolerate surgery;
(6) Can not provide informed consent or poor compliance patients;
(7) Patients taking part in other clinical trials.
