研究目的：

观察肠菌移植前后患者肠道菌群结构和数量的变化，测定肠菌移植前后患者乙肝病毒标志物的变化；评价肠菌移植对慢性肝病的临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

Observe the structural and quantity alterations of intestinal flora pre- and after fecal transplantation; investigate the variance of HBV maker after fecal transplantation. Evaluate the clinical effects of intestinal flora transplantation on the chronic liver diseases.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

酗酒；
遗传代谢性肝病：Wilson 病，血色病等；
合并HAV、HCV、HEV、EBV、CMV感染；
合并恶性肿瘤；
自身免疫性肝病；
肝功能失代偿期肝硬化；
孕妇或哺乳期妇女；
合并有明确的胃镜禁忌证；
过去26周内应用IFN或Peg-IFN治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

Alcoholism;
Genetic or metabolic liver diseases, such as Wilsons disease, hemachromatosis, etc.
Co-infection of HAV, HCV, HEV, EBV and CMV;
Concurrent malignant tumors;
Autoimmune liver diseases;
Liver cirrhosis with decompensated liver function;
Pregnant or lactating women;
Concurrent conditions that is contraindicated for endoscopy;
A ceased previous history in the past 26 weeks of using interferon or pegylated interferon
