研究目的：

主要目的：初步明确G型入路机器人胰十二指肠切除术治疗壶腹部肿瘤的安全性和疗效以及其学习曲线，为手术治疗壶腹部肿瘤提供循证医学证据。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To preliminarily clarify the safety, efficacy and learning curve of G-type robotic pancreaticoduodenectomy for the treatment of ampullary tumors, and to provide evidence-based medicine for surgical treatment of ampullary tumors.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.一般情况不能耐受手术；
2.伴远处转移；
3.肿瘤直径＞10cm；
4.淋巴结转移灶融合并包绕重要血管和（或）肿瘤与周围组织器官广泛浸润；
5.已实施新辅助治疗或推荐新辅助治疗的壶腹部肿瘤患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The general situation cannot tolerate surgery;
2. With distant metastasis;
3. Tumor diameter > 10cm;
4. Lymph node metastases fuse and surround important blood vessels and (or) tumor and surrounding tissues and organs are extensively infiltrated;
5. Ampullary tumor patients who have implemented neoadjuvant therapy or recommended neoadjuvant therapy.
