研究目的：

髋关节置换术现有麻醉方式主要是全身麻醉，椎管内麻醉以及外周神经阻滞。本研究选取我科收治的280例择期拟行人工髋关节置换术的老年髋部骨折患者280例作为研究对象，旨在探讨全身麻醉，椎管内麻醉以及外周神经阻滞三种不同的麻醉方法对患者术中情况，术后情况以及长期预后的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The existing anesthesia methods of hip replacement are general anesthesia, spinal anesthesia and peripheral nerve block. In this study, 280 elderly patients with hip fracture undergoing elective hip replacement in our department were selected as the research objects to explore the effects of general anesthesia, spinal anesthesia and peripheral nerve block on the intraoperative, postoperative and long-term prognosis of patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 重大器官损伤；
2. 合并认知功能障碍、精神疾病、凝血功能障碍；
3. 麻醉药物过敏。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Major organ injury;
2. Complicated with cognitive dysfunction, mental illness and coagulopathy;
3. Allergy to narcotic drugs.
