研究目的：

本研究通过16s检测肠道菌群，相关生化指标的改变，血液细菌培养。比较有胃肠道症状脓毒血症患者和无胃肠道症状的脓毒血症患者的肠道菌群的区别。从而揭示肠道菌群的改变对脓毒血症预后的影响。

Objectives of Study：

The aims of this study is to determine the effect of gut microbiota on the prognosis of Sepsis, by using 16s pyrosequencing, comparing the blood culture result.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.拒绝参加本研究；2，主治医生或研究者认为存在其他不宜参加本研究的情况【需记录原因】。

Exclusion criteria：

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：	MRI和EEG数据保存在光盘里，纸质版由实验负责人保存；电子版采用EXCEL格式进行保存。
Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：	The MRI and EEG data stored in the compact disc, the paper version materials was preserved by experimental operator, and the electronic version records was saved by using EXCEL software.
