研究目的：

股骨髖臼撞擊綜合症(femoroacetabular impingement, FAI)係指股骨近端及/或髖臼盂唇出現型態學異常，而導致股骨近端不正常衝撞到髖臼的現象。但是，檢索國內外相關文獻和我國博碩士論文，卻發現僅有一篇來自台灣以超音波檢測凸輪型FAI的研究。此顯示FAI在我國尚未受到相當程度的重視，因而一些醫師在檢視髖部X光影像時，並未將FAI列為一可能發生的病因而去注意髖部特徵；部分醫師則可能將FAI診斷為肌肉、肌腱拉傷或關節發炎等。  

Objectives of Study：

Femoroacetabular impingement (FAI) is a condition of abnormal contact that may arise as a result of abnormal morphologic features involving the proximal femur and/or the acetabulum. In patients with FAI, less motion is required before abutment around the hip occurs.However, among current studies only one study from Taiwan reported the assessment of cam-type FAI by ultrasonography, suggesting the lack of attention on FAI in Taiwan. As a result, some physicians may not consider FAI as a possible cause of disease and neglect the hip symptoms when inspecting X-ray images. In addition, some physicians may misdiagnose FAI as muscle or tendon strain or joint inflammation.

排除标准：

接受過髖關節手術、患有髖關節骨性關節炎、代謝或免疫風濕疾病、血友病史者。

Exclusion criteria：

hip surgery, hip osteoarthritis, metabolic or immune rheumatic disease, hemophilia.
