研究目的：

1.分析局部降眼压药物对眼表的影响。 2.探讨局部降眼压药物对眼前节参数如：中央角膜厚度及测量眼压的影响。 3.局部降眼压药物患者的生存质量分析。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Analyzing the influence of ocular hypotensive drugs on ocular surface 2. To investigate the effect of ocular hypotensive drugs on anterior segment parameters(IOP and CCT). 3. Life quality evaluation of primary open angle glaucoma and ocular hypertension patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.原发性闭角型青光眼、继发性青光眼以及混合型青光眼；
2.曾行各种眼科手术（屈光矫正术、白内障超声乳化、抗青光眼手术等）；
3.合并有眼表、眼底疾病等其他眼病；
4.合并糖尿病、高血压等全身疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Primary angle-closure glaucoma, secondary glaucoma and mixed glaucoma;
2. Have performed different kinds of Ophthalmology surgery, such as refractive surgery, cataract phacoemulsification, anti glaucoma surgery, etc.;
3. Combined with ocular surface and fundus oculi disease;
4. Combined with systemic diseases like diabetes and hypertension.
