Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to evaluate whether insulin resistance improved after 10-week Tai Chi exercise intervention among subjects with insulin resistance linked to hypertension.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

经询问病史、体格检查和实验室检查无靶器官损害或并存疾病者，并排除继发性高血压.

Exclusion criteria：

Any subject having a personal history of coronary artery disease, strokes, or any other major health problems were excluded from the study.
