评估手术期间给予吸入麻醉或者静脉麻醉对老年患者神经认知功能的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effect of inhaled or intravenous anesthesia administered during surgery on perioperative neurocognitive disorders in elderly patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 有精神分裂症、癫痫、帕金森等的病史；
2. 由于昏迷、严重痴呆、语言障碍或严重疾病而无法进行交流；
3. ASA分级>III级；
4. 既往有恶性高热家族史或者丙泊酚输注综合征；
5. 入选研究前3个月参与了其他临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of schizophrenia, epilepsy, Parkinson and so on;
2. Inability to communicate due to coma, severe dementia, speech impairment or critical illness;
3. ASA grade > III;
4. Previous history of malignant hyperthermia or propofol infusion syndrome;
5. Participated in other clinical trials 3 months prior to study enrollment.
