研究目的：

研究颊针治疗对行胸腹部手术的焦虑患者术后急性疼痛及疼痛相关预后的作用，为术后镇痛提供新的治疗模式，亦为颊针疗法在围术期应用奠定基础。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the role of buccal acupuncture therapy on postoperative acute pain and pain-related prognosis in anxious patients undergoing thoracic and abdominal surgery, to provide a new treatment modality for postoperative analgesia, and to lay the foundation for the perioperative application of buccal acupuncture therapy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.面部皮肤存在感染、外伤、疤痕无法实施颊针治疗; 2.面部三叉神经、面神经损伤； 3.严重心肺功能疾病； 4.糖尿病； 5.体质量指数（BMI）≥ 30kg/㎡ 6.有出血倾向； 7.术前存在长期慢性疼痛； 8.术后需转至重症监护病房（ICU）进行治疗； 9.有阿片类药物或酒精滥用； 10.不同意使用 PCIA 术后镇痛； 11.认知功能障碍，无法理解量表内容； 12.严重中枢神经系统疾病或严重精神障碍； 13.孕妇,尤其有流产史或人工受孕者； 14.恶心呕吐的高危患者; 15.拒绝行颊针治疗的患者.

Exclusion criteria：

1.Facial skin infections, trauma, and scarring prevent the implementation of buccal acupuncture; 2.Facial trigeminal and facial nerve injuries; 3.Severe cardiopulmonary disease; 4.Diabetes; 5.Body mass index (BMI) ≥30kg/㎡; 6. Bleeding tendency; 7. Long-term chronic pain before surgery; 8.Transfer to the intensive care unit (ICU) for treatment after surgery; 9. Opioid or alcohol abuse; 10. Disagree with the use of PCIA for postoperative analgesia; 11. Cognitive dysfunction, unable to understand the content of the scale; 12. Severe central nervous system disease or severe mental disorder; 13.Pregnant women, especially those with a history of abortion or artificial insemination; 14. High-risk patients with nausea and vomiting; 15.Patients refusing buccal acupuncture.
