研究目的：

该项研究旨在通过对比任意腺体组织瓣肿瘤整形保乳手术与传统保乳手术对于乳腺癌患者的影响，评估安全性以及术后美学效果。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to evaluate the safety and postoperative aesthetic effects of breast cancer patients by comparing the effects of breast-conserving surgery using random glandular tissue flap oncoplastic technique and traditional breast-conserving surgery on breast cancer patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.对于原计划施行保乳手术的患者，若术中送检切缘阳性，对阳性切缘进行再次扩切后，送检切缘仍旧为阳性；
2.第二次送检切缘为阴性，但剩余组织量已经达不到美容效果要求；
3.临床判断不适合保乳手术的其他情形。

Exclusion criteria：

1. For patients who originally planned to perform breast conserving surgery, if the margins submitted for examination during the operation were positive, the margins submitted for examination were still positive after the positive margins were expanded again;
2. The second time the cut edge was negative, but the remaining tissue volume could not meet the requirements of cosmetic effect;
3. Other situations that are not suitable for breast conserving surgery according to clinical judgment.
