研究目的：

比较四种不同PEEP值设定方法用于胸科手术单肺通气期间的呼吸动力学以及肺内分流参数,确定其中可以更好的改善肺顺应性，减少肺内分流，避免低氧血症的方法。

Objectives of Study：

Comparison of four different peep values setting method for thoracic surgery, single lung ventilation during respiratory dynamics and intrapulmonary shunt parameters and determine which can better improve the lung compliance, decrease intrapulmonary shunt and method to avoid hypoxemia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

患者近1周内有肺部感染病史，有胸腹部畸形，心血管疾病会引起血流动力学改变，肺部组织纤维化，术前肺功能检查：分钟最大通气量（MVV）实测值/预测值＜70%、第一秒用力呼气量占用力肺活量的百分比(FEV1)实测值/预测值小于60%。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients within the past week has a history of lung infection, thorax and abdominal abnormalities and cardiovascular disease will cause the change of hemodynamics, pulmonary fibrosis, and preoperative pulmonary function tests: Min maximal ventilatory volume (MVV) measured value / predictive value < 70%, the first second forced expiratory volume accounted for forced lung activity percentage (FEV1) measured value and predicted value less than 60%.
