研究目的：

在择期手术中评估苯磺酸瑞马唑仑用于肥胖患者全身麻醉的有效性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of remimazolam tosylate for general anesthesia in obese patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.马氏气道分级IV级，经研究者判定需清醒气管插管者；
2.对苯二氮卓类药物、阿片类药物、丙泊酚、氟马西尼、纳洛酮等药物及其药物组分过敏或禁忌者；
3.严重肝肾，心脑疾患及精神障碍者；
4.酗酒及长期应用安眠类药物者；
5.妊娠或哺乳期女性；
6.经研究者判定不适合入选的其它情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with Mallampati grade IV who need conscious endotracheal intubation determined by the investigator;
2.Allergic or contraindicated to benzodiazepines, opioids, propofol, flumazenil, naloxone and other drugs and their components;
3.Severe cardiovascular, neuropsychiatric or cerebrovascular disease or severe liver or kidney disorder; 4.Alcoholism and long-term use of sleeping pills;
5.Pregnant or lactating women;
6.Other conditions deemed unsuitable for inclusion by the investigator.

术前采用spss22生成随机数字表（1-108）并依次排列，将所有入选患者分成两组（随机号单数对应瑞马唑仑组(n=54)，随机号双数对应丙泊酚组(n=54)。

Spss22 was used before surgery to generate a random number table (1-108) and sequence them. All patients were divided into two groups (random number singular corresponding to rimazolam group (n=54), and random number even corresponding to propofol group (n=54).
