研究目的：

研究和评估健康足月儿喂养含有乳清蛋白基水解物的婴儿配方奶粉（水解乳清蛋白占总蛋白的比例为39.18%）时，其胃肠舒适性和粪便特性是否与喂养母乳（参考）或含有完整乳清的婴儿配方奶粉（对照）的不同。

Objectives of Study：

To study and evaluate whether the gastrointestinal comfort and fecal characteristics of healthy full-term infants fed infant formula containing whey protein hydrolysates (39.18% of total protein) are different from those of breast milk (reference) or infant formula containing complete whey (control).

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.配方粉喂养组：
(1)自招募当日起前溯14天，采用配方粉与母乳混合喂养的婴儿。
2.母乳喂养组：
(1)喂养过程中配方粉占比>20%的婴儿。
3.全部婴儿：
(1)早产(胎龄<=36+6天)；
(2)可能影响正常喂养或生长发育的畸形、残疾或先天性疾病；
(3)使用含益生元或益生菌的婴儿配方粉；
(4)使用益生元或益生菌；
(5)已知患有胃肠道器质性病变；
(6)使用抗生素(鼻腔或眼睛的局部滴剂除外)；
(7)已知牛奶过敏或其他过敏性疾病；
(8)参与另一项干预性研究或所参加的其他研究可能影响本研究的结果；
(9)研究者的父母或照顾者无法满足研究计划的要求；
(10)新生儿问题；
(11)其他情况：
1)频繁反流、呕吐以及“突然咳嗽”；
2)Sandifer体位；
3)胃肠道出血；
4)生长延迟(体重增加<150g/w)。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Formula powder feeding group:
(1)Infants fed formula mixed with breast milk for 14 days up to the date of recruitment.
Exclusion criteria (breastfed group):
2.Breast-feeding group:
(1)During feeding, formula powder accounted for more than 20% of the infants.
3.All infants:
(1)Premature delivery (gestational age <=36+6 days);
(2)Malformation, disability or congenital disease that may affect normal feeding or growth and development;
(3)Use infant formula containing prebiotics or probiotics;
(4)Use prebiotics or probiotics;
(5)Known gastrointestinal organic disease;
(6)Use of antibiotics (except nasal or eye topical drops);
(7)Known milk allergy or other allergic diseases;
(8)Participation in another intervention study or participation in other studies may influence the results of this study;
(9)The researcher's parents or caregivers cannot meet the requirements of the research plan;
(10)Newborn problems;
(11)Other circumstances:
1)Frequent reflux, vomiting and "sudden coughing";
2)Sandifer position;
3)Gastrointestinal bleeding;
4)Growth delay (weight gain <150g/w).
