主要目的：针对北京社区居住老年人群，评估实验的可行性（包括被试纳入及排除标准、干预的准备和流程，及测量工具与数据收集/分析方法的可行性）、被试招募及获得知情同意的时长、主试所需人数、方案依从性，及被试对干预的接受程度。

Main purpose: To evaluate the feasibility of the experiment (including inclusion and exclusion criteria, preparation and process of intervention, and feasibility of measurement tools and data collection/analysis methods), recruitment and informed The duration of consent, the number of subjects required for the test, protocol compliance, and the subject's acceptance of the intervention.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有已诊断的视力、听力或语言障碍；
2.有精神疾病、认知障碍或严重的情绪问题；
3.限制活动的躯体疾病。

2. Mental illness, cognitive impairment or severe emotional problems;
3. Physical disease that restricts activity.
