研究目的:

1. 设计混合现实技术所需个体化的 3D打印校准装置、数字化虚拟截骨手术模型,及指导颌骨远心骨块就位的数字化虚拟模型。 2. 在真实患者1:1面颅骨模型上应用混合现实技术导航及Accunavi导航分别进行上颌Lefort I、下颌BSSRO、颏成型术截骨及远心骨块的就位,通过对两种导航下截骨/就位所需时间、术前计划与术后实际截骨/骨块就位误差、导航易用性、术者在术前、术后的主观置信、人机工程学等方面进行对比,论证混合现实导航正颌外科手术的临床应用价值。  

Objectives of Study:

1. Design individualized 3D printing calibration devices required by mixed reality technology, digital virtual osteotomy surgical model, and digital virtual model to guide the placement of bone blocks. 2. Mixed reality navigation and Accunavi navigation were used to perform maxillary Lefort I, mandibular BSSRO and chin osteotomy and placement of telocardial bone blocks on patient 1:1 facial skull model.The clinical application value of mixed reality navigation orthognath surgery was demonstrated by comparing the time required for osteotomy/position, preoperative plan and actual osteotomy/bone piece positioning error, ease of navigation, subjective belief of the operator before and after surgery, and ergonomics.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.仅行上颌骨Lefort I、下颌BSSRO、颏成型术中某一种或两种手术的病例。
2.临时更改手术方案接受其他正颌术式的病例。
3.资质水平低于本研究要求或拒绝参加本次研究的医师。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Cases in which only one or two operations were performed during maxillary Lefort I, mandibular BSSRO and chin shaping.
2. Cases of surgical plan change.
3. Physicians whose qualifications are lower than the requirements of this study or who refuse to participate in this study.
