研究目的：

主要目的：拟结合心理学情绪调节理论对抑郁症患者的情绪调节能力进行全面评估，并开展脑电神经反馈训练干预实验，明确患者的康复效果和脑神经机制，为抑郁症有效治疗提供新的思路和理论基础

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: to make comprehensive evaluation of the emotion regulation functions of patients with major depression disorder, by means of psychological emotion regulation theory. Furthermore, intervention experiment of EEG neurofeedback training will be carried out, in order to investigate its rehabilitation effect for patients with major depression disorder and underlying neural mechanism. The results of this study will provide new ideas and theoretical basis for the treatment of depression.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.现患有严重精神疾病，如精神分裂症等；
2.既往有头颅疾病、脑部损伤、癫痫发作以及其他神经系统疾病史；
3.既往有严重心血管系统、呼吸系统、免疫系统等全身性疾病史；
4.既往有酒精、吗啡类药物滥用史；
5.不能配合完成相关神经心理学检查和脑影像数据采集；
6.现为妊娠期及哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Suffering from a serious mental illness, such as schizophrenia;
2. History of head disease, brain injury, epilepsy and other neurological diseases in the past;
3. Have a history of severe cardiovascular system, respiratory system, immune system and other systemic diseases in the past;
4. Past history of alcohol and morphine abuse;
5. Inability to cooperate with the completion of relevant neuropsychological examinations and brain imaging data collection;
6. Currently pregnant and lactating women.
