了解左西孟旦在连续血液净化重症患者体内的药代动力学特点。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the pharmacokinetic characteristics of levosimendan in severe patients with continuous blood purification.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.怀孕或哺乳期的受试者；
2.有决定停止或取消以人为方式维持生命的意愿，即放弃治疗；
3.过去30天内使用过左西孟旦；
4.有左西孟旦过敏史；
5.既往有急性冠脉综合征，尖端扭转性室速；
6.有慢性肾病或者慢性肾功能不全病史。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Pregnant or lactating subjects;
2.A person who has decided to discontinue or discontinue artificial life support, i.e. to give up medical treatment;
3.Levosimendan has been used within the past 30 days;
4.A history of levosimendan allergy;
5.Previous acute coronary syndrome, tip torsional ventricular tachycardia;
6.Have a history of chronic kidney disease or chronic renal insufficiency.
