研究目的：

1.评估基于互联网的思维健康计划对围生期抑郁的有效性； 2.基于初级保健系统，建立一个完善的THP的实施系统，为中国围生期抑郁的筛查和管理提供有效解决方案。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To evaluate the effectiveness of an internet-based mental health program for perinatal depression; 2. Based on the primary care system, establish a complete THP implementation system to provide effective solutions for the screening and management of perinatal depression in China.

Inclusion criteria

理解及表达能力异常者，除此之外，本研究不限定其他具体的排除标准，最大限度的保证实施的公平性和可及性。

Exclusion criteria：

In addition to those with abnormal understanding and expression ability, this study does not limit other specific exclusion criteria, and maximizes the fairness and accessibility of implementation.
