基于医疗机构数据，利用大数据人工智能挖掘技术，结合专家判断，评价注射用尖吻蝮蛇血凝酶的儿童临床用药安全性，在此基础上进一步通过巢式病例对照研究的方式，挖掘影响儿童注射用尖吻蝮蛇血凝酶临床安全性使用的重要影响因素，为今后该药的安全使用、风险管控提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

The study aims to evaluate drug safety in paediatrics of Hemocoagulase Agkistrodon based on real-world data from hospital, with artificial intelligence technology and expert judgment. And the study will try to mine the key clinical factor influencing the drug safety use with nested case-control study, to provide a reference for rational clinical use and risk management of the drug.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.皮肤科；
2.原患疾病：银屑病、天疱疮、带状疱疹、系统性红斑狼疮、过敏性紫癜、过敏性肺炎、过敏性肺泡炎、过敏性脉管炎、过敏性鼻炎伴哮喘、过敏性肠炎、过敏性腹泻、过敏性结肠炎、过敏性哮喘、急性过敏性间质性肾炎、成人型Still 病、幼年型Still 病、皮肌炎、阴道鲍恩病、雷诺病、川崎病。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Dermatology;
2.Primary diseases: psoriasis, pemphigus, herpes zoster, systemic lupus erythematosus, allergic purpura, allergic pneumonia, allergic alveolitis, allergic vasculitis, allergic rhinitis with asthma, allergic enteritis, allergic diarrhea, allergic colitis, allergic asthma, acute allergic interstitial nephritis, adult still disease, juvenile still disease, dermatomyositis, vaginal Bowen disease, Raynaud disease, Kawasaki disease.
