应用主、客观结合的方法评估非阈移噪声暴露后个体听功能及中枢听觉系统对听觉信号的处理能力；了解中枢听觉处理功能变化特征及可能的病变部位  

Objectives of Study：

We aimed to explore the effects of chronic noise exposure on the functional and the local metabolism of the brain associated with central auditory processing that do not cause noticeable peripheral deficits.

Exclusion criteria：

All the Participants with left handed and history of ototoxic drug use, neurological diseases or hearing problems were excluded.
