研究目的：

本课题拟以LLD患者为研究对象，在前期研究的基础之上，采用TMS-MEP/EEG 技术，从皮层可塑性出发，探讨归脾汤对心脾两虚型LLD的疗效及可能的机制，为归脾汤在临床上运用提供科学的依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This project intends to take elderly depression patients as the research object. Based on the previous research, using TMS-MEP/EEG technology, starting from cortical plasticity, explore the effect and possibility of Guipi Decoction on elderly depression with deficiency of both heart and spleen The mechanism of Guipi Decoction provides a scientific basis for the clinical application of Guipi Decoction.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

归脾汤：人参20g、龙眼肉20g、黄芪20g、白术20g、当归20g、酸枣仁15g、茯神15g、远志15g、木香12g、神曲12g，炙甘草9g。每日1剂，煎煮2次，早晚各服用 200 mL，共治疗4周。

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①合并有严重的认知障碍或其他精神障碍，不能配合治疗；
②合并严重的心肝肾等重要脏器功能衰竭；
③有严重的自杀倾向；
④近2周有服用抗精神病药物病史，近1月内使用长效抗精神病药物者；
⑤参与其他相关的临床研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Combined with severe cognitive impairment or other mental disorders, unable to cooperate with treatment; 2.Combined with severe failure of important organs such as heart, liver and kidney; 3.Serious suicidal tendency; 4.Have a history of taking antipsychotics in the past 2 weeks, and use long-acting antipsychotics in the past 1 month; 5.Participate in other related clinical researchers.
