研究目的：

主要目的： 1.任务态fMRI探究SMIT关键任务成分的脑区激活模型（即时神经效应）； 2.探究SMIT对脑卒中患者上肢手功能恢复的临床疗效（长期临床效应）； 3.探究SMIT对脑卒中患者多模态神经网络的重塑机制（长期神经效应）。 次要目的： 构建实用性强且具有循证依据的临床脑卒中患者运动想象改良训练方案。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: 1.Task fMRI will be used to explore the brain activation model of SMIT key task components (immediate neural effect); 2.To explore the clinical effect of SMIT on the recovery of upper limb and hand function in stroke patients (long-term clinical effect); 3.To explore the remodeling mechanism of SMIT on multimodal neural network in stroke patients (long-term neural effect). Secondary purpose: To construct a practical and evidence-based improved exercise imagination training program for clinical stroke patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.明显的言语、注意力、听觉、视觉（偏侧忽略、偏盲等）、智力、精神或认知功能障碍；
2.既往有脑器质性疾病、神经精神病史、药物滥用及酗酒史；
3.严重的心、肺、肝、肾等重要脏器功能衰竭者；
4.体内有金属异物；
5.有幽闭恐惧症，或者其他磁共振检查的禁忌症；
6.心理旋转测试正确率<75%。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Obvious speech, attention, hearing, vision (lateral neglect, hemianopia, etc.), intellectual, mental or cognitive dysfunction;
2.Past organic brain diseases, neuropsychiatric history, drug abuse and alcohol abuse history;
3.Severe heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organ failure;
4.There are metal foreign bodies in the body;
5.Have claustrophobia, or other contraindications for magnetic resonance examination;
6.The accuracy rate of mental rotation test is less than 75%.
