研究目的：

揭示CLBP患者的治疗后疼痛改善程度与脑结构和功能连接网络改变的关系， 以及CLBP患者疼痛与中枢神经系统改变机制的相关。  

Objectives of Study：

To reveal the relationship between pain improvement and changes in brain structure and functional connectivity network in PATIENTS with CLBP after treatment, as well as the correlation between pain and changes in central nervous system in patients with CLBP.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

MR平扫发现脑肿瘤、脑萎缩、既往颅内出血、蛛网膜下腔出血等器质性或神经性疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

Brain tumor, brain atrophy, previous intracranial hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage and other organic or neurological diseases were found on MR plain scan.
