研究目的：

通过观察温阳活血方联合八段锦心脏康复对稳定性冠心病（SCAD）的心肺功能及生活质量影响的临床研究，充分发掘中医综合疗法防治SCAD的特色，结合现代科学评估技术，总结分析其防治SCAD的客观数据，形成以中医为特色的中西医结合防治SCAD的心脏康复诊疗方案。  

Objectives of Study：

By observing the clinical study on the effects of Wenyang Huoxue Prescription combined with Baduanjin cardiac rehabilitation on cardiopulmonary function and quality of life of stable coronary heart disease (SCAD), fully exploring the characteristics of TCM comprehensive therapy in the prevention and treatment of SCAD, and summarizing and analyzing the objective data of SCAD prevention and treatment combined with modern scientific evaluation techniques. To form a cardiac rehabilitation diagnosis and treatment program for SCAD with the characteristics of TRADITIONAL Chinese medicine and integrated Chinese and western medicine.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.已知左冠状动脉主干狭窄；
2.未控制的高血压或经降压药物控制后收缩压≥160mmHg和/或舒张压≥100 mmHg
3.未控制的快速型心律失常，且引发症状或血液动力学障碍
4.高度或完全方式传导阻滞
5.急性心内膜炎
6.梗阻性肥厚性心肌病
7.有症状的重度主动脉瓣狭窄、失代偿心力衰竭、急性肺栓塞、深静脉血栓、急性心包炎或心肌炎、急性主动脉夹层
8.慢性肺病伴有呼吸困难症状
9.近期卒中或短暂性缺血发作，有认知功能障碍
10.尚未纠正的临床问题，如感染、严重贫血、电解质紊乱、甲状腺功能亢进等
11.肝肾功能异常者（谷丙转氨酶或肌酐>2倍正常参考值上限）
12.因肢体障碍或其他原因不能进行运动训练者
13.有运动习惯者（固定运动时间>30min/日或3h/周）
14.最近1个月内参加过其他临床研究者
15.研究者认为存在不适合参加研究的其他情况

Exclusion criteria：

1. Known left main coronary artery stenosis;
2. Systolic blood pressure >=160mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure >=100 mmHg after uncontrolled hypertension or controlled by antihypertensive drugs;
3. Uncontrolled tachyarrhythmias that cause symptoms or hemodynamic disturbances;
4. High or complete mode conduction block;
5. Acute endocarditis;
6. Obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy;
7. Symptomatic severe aortic stenosis, decompensated heart failure, acute pulmonary embolism, deep vein thrombosis, acute pericarditis or myocarditis, and acute aortic dissection;
Chronic lung disease with symptoms of dyspnea;
9. Recent stroke or transient ischemic attack, with cognitive impairment;
10. Uncorrected clinical problems, such as infection, severe anemia, electrolyte disturbances, hyperthyroidism, etc;
11. Abnormal liver and kidney function (alanine aminotransferase or creatinine & GT; 2x upper limit of normal reference value);
12. Those who are unable to exercise due to physical disorders or other reasons;
13. People who have the habit of exercise (fixed exercise time & GT; 30min/ day or 3h/ week);
14. Attended other clinical investigators within the last 1 month;
15. There are other conditions that researchers consider inappropriate for study participation.
