1.筛查孕妇妊娠不同时期非稳态负荷的危险因素； 2.构建及验证孕妇妊娠不同时期非稳态负荷风险预测模型。

Objectives of Study：

1. To screen the risk factors of allostatic load in pregnant women at different stages of pregnancy; 2. To construct and verify the risk prediction model of allostatic load in different stages of pregnancy.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.妊娠前无基础疾病：心脏病、高血压、糖尿病等；
2.既往有严重精神病史者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Basic diseases before pregnancy, such as heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, hepatitis; 2. With a history of severe mental illness.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：	孕早期的纸质版问卷、孕期的实验室检查结果、从保健手册或医疗记录中获得的孕妇一般情况或妊娠结局，由项目组研究者通过问卷星录入后，使用Excel核对；孕中期和孕晚期使用问卷星进行问卷调查，通过Excel将明显错误以及不符合逻辑的调查结果删除。数据的录入和核对由两名不同的研究者进行。
Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：	The paper version of the questionnaire in the first trimester, the results of laboratory tests during pregnancy, the general information of pregnant women or pregnancy outcomes obtained from the Maternal Health Handbook or medical records, were recorded by the project team researchers through the questionnaire star and checked by Excel; In the second and third trimester, questionnaire star was used to conduct questionnaire survey, and obvious errors and illogical survey results were deleted by Excel. Data entry and verification were performed by two different investigators.
