研究目的：

观察高血压患者以及正常对照24小时动态血压变异，磁共振确定脑白质脱髓鞘及脑萎缩程度；MMSE、MoCA、CTB等评价认知功能；留取静脉血，测定血清Aβ、sLRP-1、sRAGE 、NO、内皮素-1、ROS水平，研究血压变异性与Aβ转运的关系及其机制，为防治高血压引起的认知功能障碍提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the longitudinal observation of hypertensive patients and healthy people,we can compare the difference between them from surveying the 24 hours ambulatory blood pressure variation , assessing the degree of cerebral white matter demyelination and brain atrophy; evaluating the cognitive functions using MMSE, MoCA, CTB, and so on. And combining with the determination of sRAGE, Amyloid beta peptide, sLRP - 1 ,NO, endothelin - 1, ROS level, we can discover the effects of blood pressure variability on plasma amyloid beta peptide and its mechanism .Those observations may offer new opportunities for better control the blood pressure which may lower the risk of cognitive impairment or dementia.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

病例组：1.继发性高血压；2.颅内外大血管狭窄；3.明显脑梗塞或脑出血；4.患有影响认知功能的其他神经系统疾病及全身疾病；5.患有严重心血管疾病、肺部疾病、糖尿病及其它全身疾病；6.患有影响自主神经功能的神经系统疾病及全身疾病；7.不能配合认知功能评估；8.磁共振禁忌者。
对照组：1.高血压病史；2.颅内外大血管狭窄；3.明显脑梗塞或脑出血；4.患有影响认知功能的其他神经系统疾病及全身疾病；5.患有严重心血管疾病、肺部疾病、糖尿病及其它全身疾病；6.患有影响自主神经功能的神经系统疾病及全身疾病；7.不能配合认知功能评估；8.磁共振禁忌者。

Exclusion criteria：

Case group:
1. Secondary hypertension;
2. Intracranial and extracranial vascular stenosis patients;
3. Apparent cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage patients;
4. Patients with systemic diseases or other neurological diseases which may affect the cognitive function;
5. Patients with severe cardiovascular disease, lung disease, diabetes and other systemic diseases;
6. Patients with nervous system diseases or systemic diseases which may affect the autonomic nerve function;
7. Can't cooperate with cognitive function assessment;
8. Magnetic resonance imaging contraindication.
Control group:
1. history of hypertension;

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

原始的数据记录及病例记录表，纸质版由实验负责人保存，电子版采用Epidata录入保存，并输出为EXCEL及SPSS格式进行保存。

All of the original data records and case records, the paper version materials was preserved by experimental operator, and the electronic version records was input and saved by using Epidata software .Furthermore, the outcome was saved by using EXCEL and SPSS software.
